Choosing the right facility to host and support a mission critical Internet application can be daunting; power, cooling, security, and the reliability of those services are just a few of the many considerations to be made. There are many types of facilities to choose from with various levels of service and reliability.  It is important that the quality of the facility supporting the application match the requirements for performance and scalability.

Mission Critical Facilities

In a 24x7 world some Internet applications must be available for customers at all times.  An outage or security compromise could be devastating. Mission critical applications require premium facilities that have the capability to maintain connectivity and performance during the most crucial of times.  

Reliam understands the nature of mission critical applications and the facilities they require. We have chosen a premium Tier IV facility to support applications with this requirement. A Tier IV facility is designed primarily for mission critical applications and with full redundancy, scalability, and security in mind.  

Premium Facility Features:

• HiTec Continuous Power Systems (CPS) power the data center, eliminating the need for battery back-up.  Six HiTec CPS’ provide continuous and conditioned power generation. These state-of-the-art rotary Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS) are designed to an N+1 capacity.
• Multiple power feeds from diverse substations.
• On-site security and engineering 24x7x365.
• VESDA and pre-action fire suppression.
• 3,350 tons of chiller capacity.
• 50,000 gallons of on-site diesel fuel.

Facility Options

Since Internet Application Management is not defined by the infrastructure or facility in which it resides, Reliam has many different facility options available including U.S and international data center locations.
